The air conditioning works like a charm, keeping the room comfortable amidst the Yucatan heat. The swimming pool is a nice spot to cool off after a long day, and the fresh linens every day add a touch of cleanliness to the experience.

I found the location a bit tricky to navigate initially. even though it's near a bus station, it can be hard to spot when driving. The WiFi is only reliable in the lobby, which can be inconvenient if you're hoping to stay connected from your room. there’s no in-house coffee available, which can be a letdown for some. The noise from traffic can get quite disruptive, especially in the rooms farther from the back of the building. While the amenities generally functioned, the room showed signs of wear.

Had a pleasant stay at Zaci! The pool and friendly staff stood out, making it feel like a cozy escape. Only downside was the noisy room from traffic, but still a great spot!

Request a room near the pool for a quieter experience and easy access to a lovely swimming area.

Quaint charm near the bus station

The hotel boasts a lovely colonial style, with colorful decor that brightens the space. Its location is ideal—just steps from the city center and a convenient bus station.

The amenities are basic. we encountered a shortage of towels and the shower had low water pressure. The staff could be more attentive, lacking warmth during check-in.

Chur, the location is sweet as, really close to the central plaza! But the shower pressure was weak as, not ideal for a clean-up after a long day.

Amazing friendly vibes!

We had a blast staying for 2 weeks! The staff were super friendly and even taught us a bit of Spanish. The pool was refreshing and the whole place was clean. So close to the main square, yet pretty quiet. Just wish the WiFi was better in our room. Got a great taco spot around the corner too!
